- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for faulty or damaged items.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact our support team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
